    Therapy is not a one size fits all process, but rather a profoundly unique and deeply individual experience. Because of this, I combine elements from various modalities to both enhance my client's therapy experience and to optimize their results. Modalities I draw from include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Solution Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), and Motivational Interviewing (MI).
